Monday to Friday only. Same day delivery is available for future dated orders, and orders placed on the day up to 11.00am local Queensland time, otherwise the order will be subject to delivery within 24 hours (or up to 2.00pm on a Saturday, for a Friday order).*

Within 24hrs Delivery

Monday to Friday only. Orders placed AFTER 10.00am are delivered within 24 hours (or up to 2.00pm on a Saturday, for a Friday order).*

Express Delivery

Monday to Friday. Express delivery of 3 to 4 hours (approximately) is available for orders placed up to 2.30pm local Queensland time.*

Saturday. Express delivery of 3 to 4 hours (approximately) is available for orders placed up to 11.00am local Queensland time.*

ASAP Delivery

Monday to Friday. A Priority Delivery service is available for orders placed up to 4.00pm local Queensland time. Orders are made and delivered as soon as practically possible.*

Special Day Delivery

Special Day Deliveries, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the day before Mother’s Day, Melbourne Cup Day etc.

When the ONLY delivery type available is listed as “SPECIAL DAY”. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Once the order has been made it will be placed on the next available delivery run with a driver. The order is then delivered as soon as practically possible; generally between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm on the same day. For orders placed with a “SPECIAL DAY” delivery status, each driver will have multiple “runs” throughout the day, actual delivery times cannot be given under such circumstances.*
